$230 Intake Session 90 minutes $180 Session 60 minutes
Payment Cash, check, HSA/FSA and all major credit cards are accepted.
Cancellation Policy When scheduling please be aware that you are reserving time in advance, and as such you will be responsible for a $75 fee for any scheduled appointments that are missed, re-scheduled or cancelled with less than 24 hours prior notice.
Insurance
This practice does not accept any insurance and is not in network with any insurance carrier.
All private pay services qualify for health spending account and out of network reimbursement if your insurance plan provides that benefit.
In accordance with the No Surprises Act, a good faith estimate will be provided upon request accessed in the Client Portal when a session is scheduled. A reasonably expected treatment course for a calendar year is 15-25 sessions dependent upon treatment goals and progress obtained.
Out of Network Reimbursement requires payment at the time of service at which time you will receive a reimbursement receipt for you to file with your insurance company. You will receive the reimbursement check. You can check your out of network coverage by asking your insurance company the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my out of network benefit? If so, what is the deductible?
- What form or receipt do I need for reimbursement?
- Where do I send my form for reimbursement?
